I want to reduce the cost of running my PCR reactions by scaling down to 10uL final volume. I want do this by using OneTaq Quick-Load 2X Master
Mix with Standard Buffer - 100 reactions (50uL).
You may even try to reduce your volume to as less as 5 µl, it may work just fine. It is a bit more tricky to handle though.

Hi Charles, I am using 2x Master mix for 10ul reaction. It works fine even for AT rich genes.
Yes, like Frank Hailer you can use 10 ul and in our experinence it works fine, when we have some troubles with DNA sources for expample with body swawbs we use 25 ul in the reaction mix and it works nice. Good luck as well!!!
