By my calculations, I can use a 2X PCR master mix 100 reactions (50uL) for 500 reactions (10uL), am I right?

I want to reduce the cost of running my PCR reactions by scaling down to 10uL final volume. I want do this by using OneTaq Quick-Load 2X MasterMix with Standard Buffer - 100 reactions (50uL).
