I'm examining the genetics of plant height using model plants as guinea pigs, and the possible application of findings on ornamental trees and shrubs, and food crops and trees. I have being examining some literature and would like to get assistance from anyone that's interested in the project, especially on bench work and bioinformatics tools.

Dear Charles, Plant height is a very complex to be associated genetically. Gene / QTL / Allele association would take your years of lifetime to conclude partially. Its is a network of participatory talks between many dominant genes that makes the phenotype.. I can just wish you good luck with your bioinformatics.. Cheers..!!!
