I would say best specialities for Autistic Doctors would be ones with less pt interaction and more analytical, mathematical and technical details involved like Radiology, Artificial intelligence in Medicine .

Internal Medicine for Autistic Doctors would be misfit....because Internal medicine puts equal emphasis on pt interaction ,social skills and communication skills of Doctor along with medicine analytical skills.
