sorry forgotten to give more detail.

I use spec file which will automatically convert SFF to FRG via gatekeeper.

FOr Illumina yes, i convert it to FRG and use spec file to run it.

However, i still fail >_

Here is the ROche 454 spec file that i use.

Illumina one didnt keep inside my pendrive. Howeverm it's almost same just using mery and different inputfile directory

What failure msg or log u r getting if you can share that , then we can look into more.
