So I have been using Fugene HD for my transfections with AGS and haven't had any major issues except that I can't perform large cell volume transfections due to cost and availability of Promega's Fugene HD. I was wondering if there were others here who've had success transfecting AGS cells in either suspension or with electroporation as either will allow me to transfect a decent amount of AGS cells that can be directly grown in larger culture plates and not use a huge amount of transfection reagents in the process. Really want to transfect around 100mm culture dish worth of AGS but really don't wanna think about the cost and amount of Fugene HD that this will use (will handle at least 6 samples).

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
