How can i adapt Hot carrier Injection(HCI) model in NOR flash Programming?

Hi, I have some question about adapting hot carrier injection model in NOR flash unit cell.

My NOR Flash unit cell is made of Floating gate Storage Node. I want to program the cell with HCI(Hot Carrier Injection) model. So i put the physics model in Sdevice Command.

Like this. But i think it didn't work. Because the amount of injected carrier was so small.

So if you have any idea of adapting HCI model in programming flash cell, please answer my question.
