Anyone have a good methodology for Agar Gel for adding on top of a cell culture dish (and that allows you to pour/pipette as a thin layer)?

For Cell culture/bioreactor.

Needs to be relatively quick setting

Hi - Thats really helpful. Would this gel be suitable to then be put back into a 37 degree environment . I want to use it to cover a cell-fibrin matrix. Also excuse terminology - 'Shout of the blower' - i don't understand this phrase.
