We use an I house sample as a control sample (set up by running a PT sample along side it). However, over a few months it becomes rancid and we have to start the process again. Does anyone know of a good standard to use for these test? We use the cdr foodlab system for analysis. We do both oils and flours (animal feed). If we were going to Spike, how and what would I do?
