Before checking on nanodrop you should run the RNA on Agarose gel to check its quality if you are getting the intact band then assume that it is of good quality.

Thanks Harshraj Subhash Shinde , sure I will go through gel electrophoresis  but my concern about transporting my RNA ? how can i transport it without degradation.

Well next time just add RNase inhibitors in tube and carry in ice box i think it will work.

You can leave your RNA in ethanol precipitation step and when you get there you can continue but leave enough time for solubilization in order not to overestimate the concentration. You can estimate concentration from gel as well if you use RNA marker.

 Dr. Eman, what about if  I already proceeded all the extraction steps, and have the isolated RNA dissolved  in RNase free water, can I take about  2 ul only( we can read on nanodrop using 1.5ul)  and spin them down , precipitate the RNA and dissolve them into Ethanol for transportation on ice !

If you just transfer 1-2 ul just use ice tanks. I can see that you are working in Alexandria University so you can actually come to the medical research institute, Department of hematology and use their nanodrop with no need to travel 2 hours.
