I am having a hard time parsing the following sentence: "Can I sail the container during dry heating of sesame oil?" The word 'sail' is inappropriate. Do you mean that you want to blow hot, dry air over and around the container of sesame oil? Please, clarify what you mean by the word 'sail'.
One more question, please. Why are you dry heating the sesame oil to 170°C? In other words, what is the reason for dry heating the oil? The smoke point for sesame oil is about 177°C for unrefined oil and about 232°C for refined oil. The RG readers may be able to provide you with a relevant answer if they know your motivation for dry heating your oil sample.
One thing that worries me about dry heating a closed vessel to 170°C is the thermal expansion of the oil, which might rupture the vessel or blow the lid off and spray hot oil all over the place. I hope you are using PPE (Personal Protection Equipment) such as a full face mask, fireproof lab coats, thick gloves, etc. Do you have the proper type of fire extinguishers, and are you performing the heating in a fumehood?
