Why my Au microelectrodes is not reaching a steady state current at a chronoamperogram?

I'm recording chronoamperograms at -200 mV potential in a gold 10 micrometer diameter microelectrode in TMB solution but it seems that my electrode is not reaching a steady state. The current never stabilizes.
