Any good protocol/reference to extract cell wall/plasma membrane glycoprotein from actinobacteria?

I would like to extract total glycoprotein within the cell wall/plasma membrane from some actinobacteria (gram positive bacteria).

I’m totally new to this field and have very limited knowledge. Someone known this field could recommend good protocol or paper to reference?
