I have learnt from a website who make a cell isolation product named ScreenCell that it can be used to isolate tumor cells circulating in blood current by filtation. It seems to me that this product is very interesting, taking only a few minutes to enrich CTCs with one kit. Moreover, CTCs trapped in the filter then can be cultured or studied for ICC.

Anyone here ever used this product and succeeded in isolation? One paper which I found using this product and nicely isolated CTCs from patient's blood: http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/23280481
