Hey everyone! Can anyone have information about cell lines where miR328 and miR451 overexpress? As I found, generally their expression is low in cancer cell lines, so any cell line where they are over expressing?
Thank you
You can explore the results of the CCLE data sets in term of RNASeq experiments on 934 cancer cell lines:
https://www.ebi.ac.uk/gxa/experiments/E-MTAB-2770/Results
There you can select your gene of interest (example MIR328) and see which cell line has a relatively high level of expression.
When I did this for MIR328, I obtain HCC78 as one possible candidate. Here is the link on info on that cell line:
https://web.expasy.org/cellosaurus/CVCL_2061
i could not find any cell line which seems to be expressing both miRs with high levels.
