We are applying the standard protocol for rapid expansion of tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes. In this protocol, after two weeks growing in culture, the so-called "young TILs" are expanded in the presence of IL-2 3000 IU/ml + antiCD3 OKT3 antibody 30ng/ml + feeder cells (obtained by mixing irradiate PBMCs from three healthy donors).
We are having some problems when thawing the vials of frozen feeders, so we want to explore any other available source of feeder cells, if anyone knows it.
Many thanks!
