Hello everyone,

Please I need your help...

When performing the accuracy of an Assay / Blend method, using a Buffer pH 4.0: MeOH (70:30) as a solvent solution, we recovered 102%.

As the amount of methanol decreases, we obtain the following:

Buffer: MeoH 70:30 = 102.0%

Buffer: MeoH 80:20 = 101.6%

Buffer: MeoH 90:10 = 101.0%

Buffer = 101.0%

Please, Could someone help me understand this phenomenon?

Thanks in advance!
