Hello everyone,
I am starting to grow the SCTi003-A iPSC line for the first time and I am facing some drawbacks. Due to some problems with the first pass, I waited a bit longer than the 7-8 days to pass the next colonies. Although small aggregates have stuck without problem, I am scared if they have a good morphology or if they will differentiate, as I don't see the aggregates very compact. I appreciate any kind of help from you guys.

They look terrible. There's some chance they'll still recover once they reach higher density. If they stay like this, they would lose Nanog & OCT4 and much of their lineage potential. No more weekends for you.
Hi John Schloendorn , Thank you for your response. I wanted to add that in the picture you see the small aggregates just after the pass, there are days left for them to become larger and confluent, am I wrong?
