Four Reviewers and all advised to publish after minor correction. But each of the reviewers suggested over 20 publications (personal publications) with the language "YOU MUST CITE THE FOLLOWING....." Funny enough, 99% of the suggested publications require payment before one can access them. Will you say it is ethical for Reviewer to force his/her publications on author before a manuscript can be accepted for publication? Has this happened to you before?
