For cancer I think there is cure for early stages for that is too expensive. This must be brought to a reasonable cost so that a medium class family can also afford it.

HIV&Aids diseases have lot of research is going on, but the treatments are very complicated.

This is due to the difficulty in controlling the cancer cells that continue to divide and spread quickly and non-stop. This uncontrolled spread often stems from a set of mutations and genetic transformations. The human body is composed of proteins. If there is a defect in a gene, For cell cloning into a cancerous cell.

Cure in both case is possible if the disease diagnosed in earlier stage...Problem associates with cancer treatment is drug resistance and another problem is currently available drug for cancer treatment show toxicity to normal cells and cause severe side effect to patient.

It is true that cancer research has many facets however if we would have more active cooperation between laboratories (basic research, translational research) and less competition for the sake of publications I am convinced that we would have made more progresses...The trouble with basic research is that often you are judged by their number you publish every year!!!

So many believes that the HIV virus introduced in order to sell the medicine, if that is the case then there will be no cure anytime soon.

This viral envelope consists of a protein that surrounds the genetic material, which is the point at which the immune system can attack the virus. But if the casing changes constantly, the immune system can not diagnose the virus when it meets again because it changes its face in a very short time. Moreover, the virus has developed strategies to prevent the immune system from being recorded as a pathogen, so it does not attack it.

With advances in the understanding of pathways and signals, advances in the delivery of drugs to the cell and the location of infection, advances in understanding immunity and resistance to organisms, and in collaboration with the progress of biometric statistical analysis at the cellular and molecular level we can be optimistic about solutions close to many medical problems

Generally speaking, AIDS occurs when the virus has destroyed the human immune system, leaving the afflicted individual highly susceptible to other life threatening infections. Individuals infected with HIV are referred to as being ‘HIV positive’, but they do not necessarily have any symptoms of the disease. With the advent of new drug regimes, it is now hoped that many HIV positive people may never reach the AIDS stage. Therefore, it is all a matter of time before technology finally cracks the final mysterious codes by bringing critical diseases such as HIV and cancer under control.

AIDS has a solution (I am not sure about how it works) but has a cure ...

As far as cancer goes , the rate at which it spreads and is dormant at the regions are hard to identify also target based therapy is not precise I guess...

Cancer is not caused by virus, as is the case with immunodeficiency.

The virus is weakened by treatment but it is not dead but God wills it

So you may find a cure for cancer and there is no cure for immunodeficiency

Politics of medical research may be partially responsible for lack of medical breakthroughs for HIV. For the most paty, research money goes to conditions affecting rich. HIV is a poor person’s disease.

God made each disease a medicine

Whatever is the disease, the companies strategy is to benefit to the maximum from buying the drugs, and the doctors and pharmacists try to make some earnings from the poor patients... so briefly, it has a marketing aspect more than the human one...
