I am studying on MS (Multiple Sclerosis) and Kynurenine pathway, so I need a cell line which expresses IDO1, TDO, and other Kynurenine pathway enzymes
Not sure what you mean with cell line associated with MS. You mean Multiple Sclerosis right?

Well there is no "MS cell line" per say. I guess depending on what you are trying to look at you could use patient PBMCs, EBV B cell lines or THP1.
