I have made positively charged nanoparticles with Lecithin, Squalene, Tween 80, Span 85 and Dotap. But after using ultrasonic, the particles are aggregated and their size increases. How can particles be prevented from aggregating?
Two questions:
1. How do you know they are positively charged?
2. What is the composition of the aqueous environment that they are in (e.g., salt concentration)

2.The aqueous medium contained one fifth of PBS and the rest was water
