I am currently involved in research focused on the electrochemical removal of synthetic wastewater as part of my project. I am seeking the simplest method to measure the OH radicals generated by the electrode over time during my experiments.
Please note that I do not have access to Electron Paramagnetic Resonance (EPR).

Since you write that you don't have the best method (EPR) available, you can use UV-Vis

but of course in that case you will get overlap with other bands much more frequently, so this will be way less simple.
The electrochemical generation of HO-radicals by water oxidation requires an application of very high potentials. Therefore, the most likely you will have electrochemical oxidation of organics in your SWW. I would not care about the hydroxyl radicals.
