Hello all, I'm studying Th-1, Th-2 and Th-17 response in vaccinated and control mice groups. I perform T-cell cytokine Elispot (IFN-gamma, IL-5 and IL-17) on lung and spleen tissues.
I've faced an issue with having non-specific IL-5 secreting cells in the medium control only of vaccinated animals and also simulated and medium control of unvaccinated murine lungs.
I do not have this issue for solenocytes.
Does anybody know why this happens?
