I am new in cell culture techniques, I am maintaing 231mdamb cell lines right now, cells seems healthy and growing well, but I observe in one flask cells are growing in rows inbetween scatterted cells, I am attaching pic.

You may have used from Cell Scraper to passage your cells. you can single your cells by trypsin+EDTA or acutase and then sub culturing in new flask .

I have used trypsin+ edta , ok these may be due to uneven distribution of cells during culture?
Hi Kavita, do you by any chance use the same flask for your subculture? Do you re-seed them in the same flask after trypsinization?
Dear Evangelia Flampouri thanks for reply, Yes , this is mother flask, after trypsinization i split cells half in mother flssk and half in new flask. These might be cells which doesnot deattched while trypsinization ? This can effect morphology of cells?
Yes Kavita, I think those are cells that were not tryosinized. I do not think this will affect them, however if you plan any morphology experiments do your observations on new flasks/plates/slides, just to be safe.
