Why is the 70kDa protein not removed when using the 300kDa Hydrosart cassette?

Hi,

We are using Sartoflow Smart(Sartorius) to concentrate the retrovirus(RVs).

RVs were produced in 10%FBS/high glucose DMEM and concentrated by using the 300 kDa of Sartocon Hydrosart Cassette.

However, we encountered a problem that was concentrated in ~70 kDa protein rather than removal.

Has anyone experienced this or know a solution?

Please advise if any.
