Any recommendation for Shine Dalgarno or RBS or TSS Prediction Software?

Dear all,

I am currently working on Acinetobacter baumannii and I wanted to look for the RBS or Shine Dalgano sequence of a gene for cloning.

I have tried searching prediction online tools like pePPer, Prodigal and such but all showed offline or their webserver is down.

If anyone have a link or recommendation, I would be much appreciated.
