Why did not Jurkat cells grow in culture?

For the first time, the Jurket cells were grown well, but in the following days it had no growth . What could be the reason?

Hi Arghavan,

Are you routinely culturing Jurkat? Did you change FBS batches, this can have a large impact on cell expansion. You could try various culture conditions to find the best for your cell line. You may also want to try a different source of Jurkat as cells in long term culture are prone to becoming depleted.
