HI friend. In my point of view, you may need to apply the coupling between two modules in Comsol. The first one will be used to calculate the boundary at a time t...and used it in the second module. Hope this help
Can you please explain more, because easily you can insert time (t) in your boundary condition. or you can insert yout boundary consition variable directly.
For example if you calculate the velocity on boundary condition and its name is "u", you can use it in another place easy by its name "u".

With COMSOL, you can use functions to code a time dependent value that you will refer to code your boundary condition in your model. You can also use, for example interpolation or average tools, to use calculated data within your model.
