After 5 days of neurosphere culture (from U87 glioblastoma cells), when the media was changed (the cells were centrifuged at 1500 g, 5 min; the spent media was discarded; the neurospheres were resuspended in fresh neurosphere media; and re-plated).

Next morning, the size of the neurospheres are very small.
