The processing for the preparation of protein isolates requires two steps,
1. Solubilization of proteins at alkali pH and
2. Protein's precipitation at iso-electric pH.
The alkali- acid process might be leaving an amount of fibre in the protein isolate, especially the alkali treatment.
I have an inorganic nanoparticle compound I want to do a photodetector application from this compound, I do not have any idea, can anyone help me with this?
