The processing for the preparation of protein isolates requires two steps,
1. Solubilization of proteins at alkali pH and
2. Protein's precipitation at iso-electric pH.
The alkali- acid process might be leaving an amount of fibre in the protein isolate, especially the alkali treatment.
I am working on some physiological traits of plant to which its expensive to raise the sample size beyond n=3. so kindly suggest some test which is applicable to test such group(2)
