A friend came through this and asked me if this is authentic. When I researched, I found this is a market research company and giving awards in around 15+ categories. They don't ask for money on website but my friend told me that they indirectly ask for money over call in the name of preparing draft and submitting the nomination for the award. My question is, is this legal and why even this is allowed?
First: If the value of the prize is more than the required amount of money, then this is good. Second: There are two possibilities in this matter: the first possibility is if the prize is delivered and then the money is received, there is no legal problem. The second possibility is if the money is received and a promise is made to deliver the prize, this involves risk and is illegal.
ان عملية منح الجوائز مقابل المال في الاغلب تكون عملية مشبوهة، حيث انه يتم اخذ المال من الاخرين ودون ان يتم تحديدالجوائز او قد تكون جوائز غير حقيقية، اما بالنسبة الى عدم قانونية العمل فإن هذا الامر تختلف من دولة الى اخرى، الا انه بالاحرى يمكن اعتبار هذه العملية عملية احتيال وخداع الاخرين وهذا يعتبر غير قانوني.
there are many award companies that do not charge and votes are from nominations and vots by non paying members. Some times they ask for payment of their package that includes advertising pack, letterheads, wining logos and that is fair
Google and others ask for payments to have them advertise your companies on MAPS and then show your reviews in ***** stars
An award is an appreciation of any work which a person has done.An acknowlegment of the work of exellence,anything given in lieu of money would be a contract nt an award.It is difficult to say whether it is legal or nt because an award is and award ,once given one cannot take it back,its an acceptance of the work.In this era awards have lost the significance due to this reason ...A AWARD GIVEN TO A DESERVING PERSON SPEAKS FOR OTSELF AND NEEDS NO ONES ENDOSEMENT
True, but there should be some mechanism to stop this malpractice, which sells awards and makes misuse of these for marks awarded for jobs in recruitment processes.
