I have checked the expression of these receptors in different tissues from mouse. I think you can take spleen for sdf-1, cxcr4, and Cxcr7.

Transcripts for both Cxcr7 and Cxcr4 were highly expressed in lung, spleen, and adipose tissue. Cxcr7 is highly expressed in arterial tissues, spleen, adipose tissue, and lung. but Cxcr4 is highly expressed in bone marrow and spleen. More detailed information you could find in my paper (PMID: 21154415 ).
