Dear researchers; I am about to simulation a drop test that a 4kg ball drops a from500cm height on my sample. In my experimental test, our sample doesn't damage anymore. but when I simulate it in abaqus explicit, the sample destroy completely.
the property that I use is completely from test report and I checked the units several time. what should I do more?
the sample material is smc composite.

Dear Tufail; thanks so much I learned a new thing but my problem is still on.
In the experimental test our sample didn't injure but in simulation, it broke
element deletion criteria at mesh modules? I did it before.
the energy of simulation in history output is so high
but there is no mass increase.
I don't know where my fault is.
would you please check the inp file that I shared?
and another question, maybe it's my fault: I have stress in some nodes even B4 ball touches the sample.

Dear All; I FINALLY FOUND MY MISTAKE: GRAVITY;
in the simulation, I just added gravity to the ball as a boundary condition. but I should give a load to the whole model as gravity. then give a small velocity in gravity direction to the ball and in this way, your Drop test simulation will be true:))
