Dear all,

I am currently searching for software that can date my RAxML tree data set (100 trees, ~3,000 taxa) . I already tried using treePL but encounter an error that I was not able to solve even with the help of experienced treePL users. I also tried the software r8s which at least reads in the trees but when I want to infer chronograms I receive an error message too ("Times do not appear to have been set on trees; try converting lengths to time"-not sure what that means since I clearly provided several calibration points and trees with branch lengths). Unfortunately I cannot find much on the r8s software and in particular about this error, so I was hoping that maybe someone can suggest another software that I might use to date my RAxML trees? Of course any advice on treePL or r8s are also highly welcome!

Thanks a lot!

Best wishes,

Belinda
