Minitab can be used for this analysis, and highly nutritious cultivar can also be determined using biplot or score plot in this software.

Statistica can be a good option.

• You may try PAST. its freely available. Other softwares are XLstat, Minitab, Statistica but all these u can use as a trial for 30 days
