Hello everyone,

I am trying to isolate DNA from the same sample from a previous Trizol RNA extraction (because our sample is very scarce).

I followed the standard Trizol protocol (life technologies link provided) and found that I need to prepare a 0.1 M sodium citrate in 10% ethanol solution, so I was looking for this Sodium citrate salt and found there are several options: monosodium, disodium and trisodium salt, and dihydrate or anhydrous. Which salt is used for this method?

Thank you so much for your help!
