I would like to detect and amplify bacterial azoreductase gene, responsible for azo dye degradation and bacterial chromate reductase gene, responsible for Cr (VI) reduction. I would like to know about the primers and their sequences used for the amplification of these genes.

search in NCBI as key word and give input of specific genera of bacteria, u want to study.
you can design primers from conserved domain of azoreductase gene if you would found multiple sequences for the same gene.
