Hi, I want to analyze the CTGF (CCN2) gene in qPCR from stomach tissue from a pig. But I simply don't know which one to choose. My other gene expression assays have a Amplicon Length at about 60, so is it a good idea to choose the one with a length of 67? And if so, which one of these should I then choose? There are two with a length of 67, and the differences is the Exon Boundary and Assay Location. How do I find out which I should choose?
