c. There is not any way for efficiently and permanently eradicating Mycoplasma from a tissue culture once it is contaminated.

For avoiding contaminations including mycoplasma, you need to decontaminate all the facility of your culture and can use ready to use media from commercial supplier. In addition, You can eradicate mycoplasma from your cells using commercial kits.

the only way to protect medium from micoplasma contamination is the filtration at 0.1um ( 0.22 and 0.4 are not effective) but this is able to prevent contamination and not to solve it
