I want to stably transfect Min6 cell lines with ciruclar plasmid . Kindly suggest which method is the most efficient.
Generally speaking, calcium phosphate and lipofectamine are always used for attached cells, while electroporation is used for suspended cells. Compared to the first two methods, electroporation is less efficient and always causes cell damage.
