My Fermentation broth contain do not contain any organic acids such as oxalic or acetic...It contain Sucrose as carbon source along with KH2PO4 and NH4NO3 and other salts.

Yes we did filtration and centrifugation to exclude biomass.

If you have HPLC, please use that for citric acid estimation; otherwise our experience with titrimetric method is also good.
