Hi,
I need raw PPG signal for a project I am working on. I have tried searching for a pulse oximeter online but many do not allow access to the raw PPG signal. I am looking for a device which can:
a) Store raw PPG signal, not only heart rate.
b) Have some data sharing capability, either wired or wireless.

The core of pulse oximetry devices is nowadays the software that distills the SpO2 percentage from the raw data. Manufacturers create their own proprietary algorithms for their devices. By providing the raw data of all PPG channels plus the result of such proprietary software, reverse engineering becomes a risk. Hence, usually medical grade pulse oximeters will generally only provide a "polished" PPG pulse wave output (if any).
The best way to get access to raw PPGs is buying an evaluation kit from manufacturers that make off-the-shelf integrated circuits for pulse oximetry.
There are several of these:
Analog Devices, APM Korea, Maxim, Texas Instruments, and others.
Research institute Imec (my employer) also makes integrated circuits for SpO2, but for projects that push the technologic frontier of wearable monitoring, where we combine ECG, Bio-impedance spectroscopy, SpO2 and other physiological parameters all on a single chip (4.8×4.8mm) which also contains memory, a processor and wireless connection and runs for days on a single coin battery (Museic3 chip).
But, as said, for simple purposes best buy an off-the-shelf chip evaluation board.

No, i didn't. I 'm working by using several datasheet to realize a suitable contioning circuit and a microcontroller to digitize data
