Appeared after 24 hrs of culturing fresh human bone marrow in DMEM provided with 10% FBS in 40 ml T-flask , what is that and how to get rid of if it affected the incubator ?
It's fungal contamination.
You can use pen/strep or other anti fungal agent.
You can check your incubator with a flask of medium.
If you have contamination clean it and then set your temp at 60 Celsius degree and repeat it at least twice.

Because of that I said first clean your incubator and then repeat it at least twice to destroy spores.
Fungal contamination, needs decontamination of your work station and the incubator. Remember antibiotics don't work, heating once at 60C or more may not work if not repeated for three consecutive days (tyndallization).
Mycoflora contaminant it can be checked by simple disinfection of incubator.
