We fumigated our poultry houses with formaldehyde flakes. This requires heating and good containment of the fumigant for about 24 hours. A description can certainly be found in the practical advises for the poultry industry.
Make sure beforehand that the fungus or fungi are sensible to this treatment. Otherwise your effort will be useless.
Culture the fungus on e.g. a plate and expose it to different treatments to ensure its sensitivity just like you test for antimicrobial sensitivity of microorganisms.
PFA = Paraformaldehyde See above. I would use all three in succession. Start with PFA, then Bleach, then EtOH. You may also want to consider Hydrogen peroxide instead of Bleach.
