I`m not very familiar with this cell line however i do remember that it is a lymphoblastic cell line. Therefore, several markers may apply such as CD2( expressed on all lymphocytes) and maybe HLA DR. Others may include the CD45 expressed on all leukocytes, although some cells acquire it once in periphery (meaning that lymphoblasts may not express this marker). All of these antibodies are pretty common in laboratories dedicated to flow citometry and you could borrow from one of these labs small aliquots just to try and check their expression in your cell culture.
