Dear All,
I would like to use the magnetic capture RNA method of isolation to detect plant viruses in plant tissue. Can you recommend any kit for me? I would appreciate your opinions.
Whether this method is effective and suited for this purpose ?
very interesting. can you point out the literature where this method is described?

Dear Iwona Szyp-Borowska ,
Ofcourse this is possible if I understand you correctly.
We currently use the "IndiMag® Pathogen Kit" from INDICAL BIOSCIENCE.
I have no experience using it with plant matter, but it works fine for veterinary samples.
I hope this helps you somewhat.
If you have any other questions, feel free to contact me.
Good luck with your research!
Regards,
Laurent
