I searched on Google to find out the manufacturer for the same but unable to find. But there are research papers on antiviral drugs targeting NS3, you can search articles and find if anyone has mention the source of NS3. Most of them tried amplification of this gene and cloned into vector and expressed and purified protein for their study. You can ask scientists who worked on this for getting help.

Ajit Kulkarni Thank you for your reply....Actually I had a plan for a research project on Dengue virus replication inhibition by employing various organic substances and plant products but because of some technical problems including the NS3 construct availability I have dropped this idea temporarily....Will work on it in next academic year (probably)....Thank you once again....

Finding the manufacturer of den-NS3 is difficult. We have dengue virus replicon system where you can amplify the NS3 gene using the primers and get the protein product after cloning in a host system.Please let me know if you are interested in getting the plasmid construct???
