I have old agilent instrument, 6340 with 1100series HPLC, LC-Ion trap MS.
We have software for LC, chemstation, but, not for MS.
I asked Agilent korea if I can buy some software, and they told me I can't because of they don't support any service for 6340.
So, I just wondering where can I buy some.

Try with the general representation office of the Company. What about the original software?
Try the web for used software (but you will also need a legal license to install and run the software too).
Optionally, purchase a newer (better) MS with software for your 1100-Series HPLC system.
I'm not sure if this can be bought off the shelf. We always purchase directly from Agilent through our Agilent sales rep. I'd recommend contacting them through their website. They should be able to have the sales rep from your region contact you. However, they may not have outdated software, and/or such an old system may not be upgradable to newer platforms. I know a couple of our older systems could not be upgraded from chem station to mass huner.
