When extracting RNA (for further miRNA extraction), do you use RNAse free pipettes tip, centrifuge tubes, etc?

The tips can be easily supplied as RNAse free but not other equipments.

You can use DEPC-treated centrifuge tube, DEPC-treated tips also if you are not getting good results with commercially available RNAse free tips. The pipettes and bench should be wiped using RNaseZAP decontamination solution , Thermofisher.

Stringency in sterile condition should be maintained throughout.
